Worship & Music

Covenant celebrates the strength of its worship. In worship we gather as a community of faith where we celebrate God’s presence, the Word is preached, the Sacraments are administered and as His people, we respond to God’s call to service in our world.  Our Pastor, working with our organist and Board of worship & music, prepare the weekly worship services.  We have a strong tradition of involving lay members in leadership in our worship.  We offer worship each week at 5:00 p.m. Saturday and 9:00 am on Sunday and special services at other times.

Saturday Evening Eucharist - 5:00 P.M.

Our Saturday service is a blend of traditional and contemporary music, mostly with piano accompaniment and, on occasion, guitar or other instruments.

Sunday Morning Eucharist - 9:00 A.M.

When we gather on Sunday at 9:00 a.m., we worship in a more formal, traditional liturgical setting with organ accompaniment.

Holy Communion is celebrated at both services

All who are baptized and believe that Christ is truly present to forgive sin and bring life and salvation are welcome to receive the bread and wine, the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
